Hunger affects us all; it knows no age, it knows no race and it knows no season. We are committed to providing food assistance to everyone who needs a hand up in our community. Through our food bank programs, we provide bread, dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables, non-perishable food items, hygiene products, and infant/toddler items.
What To Bring With You Checklist

Address ID for household members (we will require an ID with an address on it for those who will be using our service)

Income stubs (employment, OW, ODSP, EI, etc)

Expenses (rent, utilities, phone, etc)

Photos of addresses, income, expenses are accepted

Income & expenses are only for statistic purposes. These do not determine if you are eligible for service. Everyone is eligible.

While we do record name/address etc. data is anonymized when it leaves us for statistics. We are all very specific about signing confidentially agreements with our clients.

Visiting by public transport:
You can get to use on the Blue Route/South Central line, which departs every 30 minutes. We are a short 2-minute walk from the Commerce Road stop (Bus stop #76).
